@livinginmelbourneflorida321 As a realtor with a dog in the fight, I'd expect you to say that. All homes in America are overpriced right now, but soon that will change. The day of reckoning is coming!!
I tried to underprice a house this past weekend and put it on the market and I got 128 showings and we got 19 offers and it went for $96,000 over list price with no contingencies so I don't know if that's considered overpriced or I believe that's called market price. We don't set the price of the market does
@gottagowithjoe1 And I can guarantee you that in the next 18 months that buyer will suffer from buyer's remorse for having overpaid for that house. There are always FOMO people who buy at the top of the stock or real estate market. People who have more money than common sense. They'll especially regret their decision if their insurance company drops them and moves out of state.
Why would anybody in their right mind buy an overpriced home in a state where insurance companies are packing up and leaving? No thanks!!!
It's not overpriced if you get what you want. Thanks for your opinion.

Congrats, I saw that! People have been talking about doom and gloom for almost 20 years and will for another! Live your best and move on!
