I wear headphones when I sleep, and I can still hear most of my breathing, a lot of times I am laying against something that sometimes makes it louder or creepier, and then I’ll forget I’m breathing and I’ll instantly think there’s someone or something next to me breathing and it’s terrifying, but I soon find out it’s just me and I feel really dumb
