In our experience, the first thing that any newbie content writer must note is that writing and content writing are two different things. At first, we saw content writing as something romantic - something idealised. This made us neglect the business aspect, the street-smart aspect of content writing. There should be a fine balance between idealism and realism as far as content writing goes.
This is the most important thing one should focus on while writing. It's not something that you want to write, it's more about writing something in which the targeted audience is interested in --and of course, you'll have to keep the business benefits in mind whom you're writing for.

1. i. Since the product can be delivered anywhere in the country/world, So, the answer is yes. I myself worked for a client from Chandigarh for months while I reside at Kolkata. ii. I think I have answered it. iii. Recommendations are same as mentioned in the video. 2. i. It is a personal choice, I started as a ghost writer and then did some copywriting too. ii. Already mentioned in the video, still, if you know you are good, start from .30 to .40 per words. iii. Depends on how much content you write. (One article of 1000 word that is charged .40 will bring you 1000 x .40 = 400 INR) iv. same as above v. Depend on the charges, you can find success stories of writers making huge amount a day as well.
