+steffjoy there's only so much conservative south korea can handle. I think it wasn't even the choice of the EXID or even their managers. Knowing how little they changed and the whole premise of the "ah yeah" video they were pretty frustrated at the south korean broadcasting companies/ censorship systems.

Because of sexism. Women are sexualized more than men so when men rub/grab their crotches and lift up their shirts it's not considered sexual but when women do small little hip thrusts(like exid did) it's considered "too inappropriate" which is why female idols face more censorship in the industry. However you can watch EXID criticize female censorship in their MV for "Ah Yeah". like the queens they are.
