Maybe... but you can buy 12" radial arm saws USED all day long for 250. Do your homework, watch and be patient, and you can get a 14" Delta for 200 like I did.
@@theprojectproject01 $200 huh? But how much more did you spend to replace all the bearings and bushings? I agree you can find some deals buying used equipment. Most people aren't going to do that. They are working some one-off project and need to know the best way with what they have on hand. For most people, that means a circular saw and/or possibly a portable table saw. Even I, as a contractor, don't have a shop full of stationary equipment.

I’d hate to see the destruction if that was to kick back. Awesome job as usual. Looks like a single piece of wood at the end the joints are so perfect.
That scares the shit out of me😂 love the content and all the cool stuff you make. I've learned quite a bit from you. Keep that Damm thing away from your fingers and have a great day😂
this is high-end state of the art woodworking. normally it's very difficult to get accurate depth dadoes with a radial arm saw and long boards. they need to be perfectly jointed/flat/straight or they'll lift slightly off the table at points and your millwork will not be consistent. in my shop i would use a circular saw with edge guide to kerf out the dadoes and a chisel to finish. and if i had that shop i probably wouldnt do anything
We have some cedar 4 x 4s at work with absolutely beautiful patterns. This would be a fantastic project to use them for. I just have no use for it afterwards 😂
The dust collection is phenomenal
Thanks!!
I didn’t realize until I saw your comment that shit is real as fuck dawg damn

😂😂 Realmente, desnecessário!😊😊
That’s what I was thinking, somebody’s got waaay too much free time!
God what I wouldn’t do for a work shop like that, amazing skill, every video is a trip into preciseness, it is truly a pleasure to watch what you make
It almost brings a tear to your eyes when a sharp blade cuts wood so precisely!!!
This is not woodworking, this is art! Your workshop is a temple of skill.
Looks like a Rockler store. Maybe he makes videos there after hours
You can’t really see his cutting skills this fast, his lines are exactly perfectly perpendicular. Talented man.
You are a great carpenter and you handle tools very wel.
Thanks 👍
работа на хорошем оборудовании - одно удовольствие.
😅😅
paha
I think he needs more lines telling him where to cut, seriously?
Не подскажете как называется такой станок?

что он сделал? что за решетка? работает ради х3рhи для видосиков?

How to create half laps with a $300 dado stack in a $5k saw.
It’s a pro Woodworking shop and the best tool for that particular job. I miss having a radial arm saw.

@@scottsatterthwaite4073 How much? $64 plus shipping. 8 units from Aurora Bearing at $8 per.
The delta doesn’t turn and do 90 degree cuts though. Probably isn’t compatible with a dado set either.
