This movie came out when I was 12 years old, and I still remember the day and how I felt when I watched it. Both me and my older sister were obsessed with Harry Potter, and she had the soundtrack, but I had to wait until Christmas to get my copy (this was the era before Spotify, Apple Music, RUclips, and mp3's were still in their infancy). So for a little over a month when my sister wasn’t home I would sneak into her room and take her copy of the soundtrack, and then pop it in my discman and shut myself up in my room listening to it, imagining I was a conductor and dreaming of one day hearing Hedwig's Theme performed live. Still have yet to accomplish that dream. I saw Prisoner of Azkaban performed live from far away, but it wasn’t quite the same as Sorcerer's Stone, which will always have a special place in my heart.
