Normally creators get gone of their powders when they start smelling weird which means they are kind of expired. So they wouldn’t want to gift them away
It also unfortunately isn't as realistic as it sounds on paper. Shipping and international customs can be extremely expensive, and while gym chalk is very light, reform powders can still add weight fast. most people simply can't afford to give things away at a financial loss.
