You should return in the summer. Then you'll see people hanging out and swimming in the canal near the bridge you crossed to get to Nyhavn. I recommend checking out Reffen street food and combining it with CopenHill which is a waste facility power plant with a year round ski slope on the roof - it's free and the views are great. Take the elevator up to see the "inside of the beast" and walk down alongside the skislope. Also, rent bikes - it's a really great way to get around in Copenhagen.

Don't forget to see Rosenborg Castle. Entrance approx 17 USD. Here you will find every woman's dream: The Crown Jewels.
In the summer, make your own little picnic in one of the many parks, you can even enjoy a glass of wine. It is perfectly legal to drink alcohol in public.
If you have several days in CPH, I will recommend getting a little outside town. It could be Viking ships in Roskilde, the most beautiful castle we have, Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød or Helsingør with the famous Kronborg Castle.

It wasen't the Round Tower you visit. It's called Church of our Saviour. Round Tower is in the middle of the town, and have no stairs. Merry Christmas, and we hope you visit the town again. Try it in the summertime.

Hi Julleisa :) Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comment :) Yes, you are correct. I didn't realize this until afterwards :( I guess that means I have to go back to Copenhagen and actually visit the Round Tower :) Thanks again for watching and have a Merry Christmas!

😁 The Round Tower is somewhere else. You were at the Church of our Savior. The Round Tower is in downtown Copenhagen and was built as an observatory in the 17th century. 🤣🤣🤣. Actually the Hot Dog stand where you got your Hotdog is right outside The Round Tower👍! Wish you all the best in California 😍

You paid 42 DKK = $6 for your hotdog, some would call it a bit expensive, but it has to be said that this is not an average street "dog" but the top of the line Hanegal eco-organic, so everything in it is eco-organic and not the cheap stuff.

Hi :) I completely agree. It was a bit expensive but the quality was really nice, so it was worth it :) Thank you for watching and your comment :)

You said you bought a "Metro card". It indicates you think it's only for the Metro. Let me explain:
Buying a ticket or a city pass is valid on ALL public transport. Public transport is, Trains, S-Trains (the red ones), Metro, Buses and the yellow harbor ferries. Metro and S-tog are very fast. Metro is mainly City. Buses and S-tog is to the outskirts of greater Copenhagen.
With a ticket, you pay for transport from A to B, the method is up to you. You can combine transport means as you please.
If you buy a City Pass (recommended for tourists), you pay for free public transport, in an area in a certain time period you chose. A City Pass is very convenient.
There is a different way to pay, it is Rejsekort. As a tourist, don't bother with that.
Ticket and City Pass is valid from the TIME OF BUYING. Important to remember, no further validation needed. You can use the App DOT, very easy to use. If you get caught with a non-valid ticket, you will be fined 1000 Dkr (Approx. 145 USD).
    Try Copenhagen in Juli-August.
