Its called ningro in Nepali and also quiet popular among nepalese people. I have seen people using it for making achar but this is the first time i am seeing ningro being used as sabji. I am definately gonna try this version . Keep growing bhai😊
In Fiji islands we have lots in jungle near lakes same way it's clean then cooked as normal like we cook cabbage or leafy vegetables we don't boil it if it's boiled we add onion garlic chills coconut milk n eat with rice roti or boiled cassava taro or kumara very tasty vegetables watching fr NZ
Bele ke bhaji ke patta is big one round n one is long leaf it grows anywhere you plant not near lakes it grow if plant d branch it grows like tree it can be big or small when we trim it very tasty vegetables can be cooked like a cabbage or in coconut milk, boiled with meat taste is different textures Is same this summer I want to try to plant in NZ writing fr NZ thank you

This is found in abundance in Bhutan too. It is a Himalayan herb probably spread up to the Nagaland low hills. Similar species are also found in the Unites States like New York, Vermont and New Hampshire etc. The taste differs a little bit.
