One thing I love about the cyber forest kits is how hard they lean into the whole cyborg girl theme while also giving the option to also have a fleshy girl at the same time.
This looks much better seeing it in the review. I am very impressed with what they have done so far with the Mermaid and this kit. Hope they keep making more of these.
IMO it's a really great kit if not a bit overly complicated but I'd highly recommend this one. It's nice how so many parts work in multiple ways and how much you can do with the kit! I also like how her "normal" body is an entirely separate piece and it gives you enough display arms for both. The added arms unit on her back is also such a great idea since her weapons are a bit heavy, it lets her have some additional support for all of her gear without adding a bunch of extra stand parts and I love how innovative that is, especially when these hits have such small wrists and hands, it helps a lot! It's just so much easier and much more stable.
Cyber Forest kits slap hard. So far I was not disappointed with any of them and each one manages to do something new and exciting. I'm yet to build the fish, but horse is already ordered.
This kit oozes style. The color scheme is godly and its design reminds me of a megami device but isnt cluttered like most of them. Plus I like how it isnt unnecessarily lewd by default which is a damn breath of fresh air.
i gree with being less lewd for the cyborg version but is funny you say that when they give you cameltoe option on the crotch 8:14 and one of the decals is a womb tato
Looks pretty good straight build. With a little effort and paint this seems like a pretty good alternative to Snail Shell's upcomming 1/12 Rosetta Rigor figure since that figure is pretty pricy. Going to grab this kit eventually to display them together.
My first mecha masume kit was an atk girl shadow hunter and I rly enjoyed how much stuff was in the kit for the price and this kit is very similar with so much stuff and good quality for the price. This kit wasn’t on my radar and it definitely is now.
I've been looking forward to this one. The hair is a bummer though since I was planning to paint this but looking at it completed, I think I'll just leave it straight built. That "more revealing part" made me lol.
Wow, didn't think I'd be seeing this on the channel so soon. It really does looks like a complete package with the body, a centaur form, and a bike form, I'll probably pick one up. With regards to the hair, material choice aside, I think it looks a lot better than the Kotobukiya line (Sousai Shojou Teien, Megami Device, etc) straight out of the box because of the matte and lack of plasticky shine (same with the rest of the body parts), but I guess that's easily solved with a bit of matte top coat anyways. On another note, the hair and face design reminds me a lot of the one Snail Shell's Assassin has.
F, the video does not have subtitles, a pity, I hardly speak English but I really like your channel since it has subtitles and with the option of translating into Spanish, which is difficult to find in a video in another language, especially in a video review of plastic models
Was really hesitant between this one and the FOX as my first kit. Tho I love the “cyborg” aspect of FOX and I get this one looks really long (maybe hard) to build, think I’m going for this one. Thanks a lot for your video :]
Haven't gotten around to building this yet, but it looks good. I have everything else they've made and like those, so I assume this one will continue that trend.
Havent seen this one for sale at my usual hobbystores yet and hlj is charging twice of what it should as is usual for the doyusha published kits. Will definitely keep an eye out for it. This looks like the best kit in the series so far. In the promo images the faces didnt look great but holy moly those are some of the best ive seen on any non kotobukiya musume kits!....and probably better than "early" kotobukiya faces even. In general this is one of the raddest mecha musume kits ive seen.

the only issue I'm seeing is that you can't do both the centaur and bike at the same time, I'd want the armored form on the centaur and the plug suit form on the bike

I really want this kit, Sniper F.O.X, and the new upcoming Mad Wolf kit. Can anyone tell me what kind of experience you will get building when building these kits? I've exclusively built only Gunpla and Bandai kits, so I assume that the plastic quality is slightly lower-grade. However, the basic principles of building any snap fit plamo kit should apply here right? To all that has built a Nuke Matrix kit, is there any idiosyncrasies that I may need to look out for?
I was really thinking about grabbing this kit but it's hard for promo images to sell me until I see a review. For the price, this is a damn steal and I will definitely be doing a lot with a kit like this. I wanted a figure of Rosetta from Punishing Gray Raven but the price being 200 dollars really put me off and the accessories don't really wow me like this kit does. This is definitely what I will be buying next paycheck.
I'm a big fan of mecha musume with motorcycles, so seeing this one go up for preorder was an instant decision for me. It looks so nice, too... the black contrasted with gold and two shades of red looks so sharp. Having two interchangeable forms is so cool, too. I'm always looking forward to what Nuke Matrix releases. It feels like they're following in the footsteps of Megami Device... but going above and beyond what Kotobukiya's willing to do.
Oh, so you did take a look at this one despite skipping out on the Siren? Just wondering though, how do you even get some of the items into the holding hands? I tried to get the Harpy to hold the guns but couldn't get them into the hands without it feeling like I would risk breaking them.

I really think why this one is epic compare to others is bcos the shoulder joints and thighs are not "skin" so it doesn't look cheap and ugly, all they need to do is show the cleavage or side boob then it's sold, but they need to mess it up with those ugly skin joints

I don’t recall exactly but a lot of times the collar part on these kits is meant to float loosely so that it’s able to move with the neck

funny enough Kotobukiya is making a kit of a centaur girl in their ARCANADEA line, granted an actual monster girl centaur and not a mecha musume.

Not to mention this kit is cheap AF. It sells for only $40 in the country where I live. For the amount of parts you get it's totally worth the price.

The “normal” armored form has weird proportions, the legs are a little too long
They are, definitely. But that makes it somewhat unique and eludes to the centaur form nicely imo

I love the Nuke Matrix designs but there's so much in the box they're all about $30 or more overpriced which keeps me from buying them.
This kit is janky as hell irl. Scale is also smaller than MD that its jarring side by side.
Got it for $45 and I still want my money back.
