It's not a limiter, it's more of a redirection. Because of a loss of teeth, your body adapts like that of a prey animal, redirecting strength from the jaw to the limbs, because without teeth you can't safely use your total bite force anyways, so your body uses it in other places. Drawback is you lose bite force, but for a human that can cook, that isn't a big issue. (I currently have no teeth at 30, and after 6 months, I can feel the difference while doing martial arts, getting dentures in a month or so)
I think it was like his body's purge, he was just before his monsterization and his body was getting rid of the weakness (a cavity) in his body just like with his hair
He was strong enough against the tiger level threat but right before saitama punches him ,the sfx is "sting" meaning his decaying tooth caused pain and he got slow due to it
It was the pain of his training and not the tooth. He was feeling that for some time and it's one of the reason why he removed/broke his limiter. Garou also felt that pain when he fought Darkshine.
He removed his limiter when he was trying to look at the back of his balding head in the mirror, somehow traveling faster than the speed of light so he can “see it” before the reflection changes. The whiplash caused him to fully go bald.
@@SCP-CBThow convenient is that?😂😂 No, Saitama is just an ignoramus 😂😂😂 Besides, heroes association can't be new. It is less likely to be possible because these monsters can't have only come into existence a few years ago when saitama started training.
No, the hero assosiation was founded after Saitama saved that kid with a ballsack like chin from the crab monster...apparently that kid is the son of a very influential guy and thus he created the hero association @@harrymounce
@harrymounce no... they're right... it's new. The Hero Association was founded BECAUSE of Saitama. The first time we see hair Saitama, he saved that kid from Crabnate. He lived in an isolated city.
Eh, GENOS could probably get some metal teeth or a set of jaws to replace them (he is a cyborg so metal teeth/jaws are a perfect type of replacement for him)!
Removing limiters is about emotion you need to get pass hard training that gives tons of stress and near death experience and that's what Saitama experienced in his trainings and monster hunting
Fun Fact: When saitama finished his training after 1 and a half years (approximatley 547 days and 6 months) all of his hair fell out from how hard he trained. btw the run he is doing is a 1km run.
I think he broke his limiter by nearly dying enough times. Maybe that tooth knockout was the last time he needed to "nearly die" and it was just close enough. Edit: it has been pointed out to me that I was wrong, but may I just say that theres no way training is what did it for him. It had to be something like his perseverance or something, cause a lot of other people would probably train that hard.
You fool mumen rider is the strongest hero in existence you will see in the final chapter mumen rider fights Saitama and wins and absorbed all the powers of one punch man
A lot of people miss the point his pain and his weakness were the limiter, when he lost the tooth he was free of pain and through sheer will removed his limiter, the tooth is his weakness literally and metaphorically leaving his body, the hair is not the reason but rather a consequence of removing his limiter.
So losing a tooth unwillingly is the trigger to monsterhood. Saitama actually has a monster limiter, allowing him to gain his monstrous strength without turning into one.
Could be that he was to focused on the pain to properly fight and when it was removed he finally got relief and that allowed him to finally go all out in a sense
Teeth can be used as a metaphor for power, if you have a dream or your teeth falling off it means you're scared of losing power, because teeth are used to bite into things and are as a result associated by the brain to hold power
I think it's because whenever you get hurt like losing your tooth it will activate your instinct and make you twice as powerful if you ever heard that.

The fact that saitama broke his limiter and is the main protagonist shows that he can beat anything
Just goes to show that tooth pain is on a whole other level and will inhibit and/or cripple anybody.
It's because of his desire to be the strongest hero
