    Thank you. I shall give it a try. It looks more workable than some people’s method.

    Thank you so much for this. Have watched other videos demonstrating this but yours is much clearer and it clicked. Looking forward to trying it when I use my next fancy floss!

    Awesome thanks for showing and sharing. Just repicked up cross stitch after 30 years. Lol
    At 61 I neded to do something after a shoulder surgery. Unable to knit anymore. Started diamond painting and pinched a nerve in my neck. I'm a mess. Lol

      Bless you! I’ve been through shoulder surgery and it’s rough. I, too, took a 30ish-year hiatus from cross stitch. It’s astounding how much has changed! Thanks for watching! 💜🌸💜

    I can’t stand leaving threads through stitches too! I’ve been able to perfect the pin stitch and I like it. Loop looks cool…couldn’t work without hoop though…🙏🏽🙋🏻‍♀️👍🏽

      I tried pin stitch but has issues with it coming undone. Going hoopless takes some getting used to. Thanks for watching!

      I use the loop method every time I can. I haven't used a hoop for the last 35 years! So, this definitely works without a hoop!

    Thank You now I have a good way to start those blended thread and single thread projects I have been avoiding because they are unpleasant to start the threads for

    This is amazing! Thank you so much! I too hate holding the tail on the back to stitch. I'll be trying this!

      I had to watch the one on TikTok multiple times when I first started using this method. 🤓

    Looks promising, but I think I will need to practice it a few times :) Thank you!

    Thanks for posting this! Is it possible to do a loop start with an uneven number of threads when you are only doing half stitches? Or can you only do the loop method with an uneven number of threads when you are doing full cross stitches?

    • @TheSerenityStitcher
      @TheSerenityStitcher  Год назад +1

      I’m not sure you could successfully use this when doing half stitches. I might have to try it to see if if there’s a way. Great question!

    Thank you so much. I have been having issues with stitches coming undone- have you experienced that with this method? It seems so easy. Do you find it makes the back bumpy?

    • @TheSerenityStitcher
      @TheSerenityStitcher  Год назад +1

      I haven’t had any issue with the stitches coming undone and I don’t think it makes the back bumpy. Definitely give it a try. Thanks for watching!
