The parking at rumbia is really bad, it leaking and without painting. Sometime will have magical pond after rain and free waterfall from leaking. The price of rumbia consider pricy but getting this type of quality home really disappointed.

I used to live in Tmn Mulia which is opposite the Bdr tun razak Park. It was so serene then (20 yrs ago). When permaisuri opened we used the access road to come back from mid valley 10 mins, to the city 10 to 15 mins but the congestion now I think is beyond words
Well that's unfortunate. Development will always take place unfortunately. But at least we get to enjoy those serene moments haha:) Thanks for sharing such stories!!
@@iherng So true. That area is serene and so close to the city. Eventhough with d heavy traffic u will also get home very quickly. After the opening of Permaisuri it creates more ways for ppl to get home. Its feels like living in the city minus the hustle and bustle of city life. However, so many developments nowadays the place is no longer as nice as before. Traffic jam already within Permaisuri vicinity ppl double and triple park it's so stressful to live there, in my opinion.
I am one of the owner of Rumbia… the unit itself is consider ok for me but what I can’t accept is the unpainted carpark which look like unfinished development… I am surprise that they say they won’t paint the carpark during VP… I am so disappointed with that answer… I hope the developer change their mind and Atleast paint the outer layer of the carpark podium… Please!!!
Thanks for sharing that. But unfortunately that's to be decided by the management of developers. Hopefully they will see all these comments by residents.
@@iherng Very possibly yes, Arte Cheras has a total 50 floors (41 residential which all are duplex + 9 parking) they revised their ceiling height now to 5m.... If my math is right that's already above 230m range which are in the category of the top 10-20 tallest building in KL.

I rented a room in seri puteri condo right beside cheras LRT, the lake facing unit all flooded by pigeons shit… i not sure is this building gonna be next victims 😢

Not painted is not necessarily "unfurnished". My question is was anything being promised before the buyers signed the SPA?

permaisuri is a good place to stay .. even in the middle of the city the bustle is not like in puchong
