The garden is looking so good! I’m amazed your broccoli is so much farther along than ours! Thats crazy. Are the crazy ones all those we gave you? They’re doing way better than my moms! Keep an eye out for blossom end rot, my mom had issues with that last year until she gave them oyster shells. From now on I will always plant my tomatoes with oyster shells in the holes, my tomatoes are full of fruit and I don’t see a single issue forming yet. Keep an eye on the dill you might get swallowtail caterpillars on them 😁 You’re gonna come down in the fall for your irises and bulb shopping right? Canning weekend? It looks like you should start stocking up on jars LOL you have so much! Gonna be busy busy!!
Yes, the 3 bigger ones are the ones I got from you and your mom. ☺️ We tested the soil and it's at ideal pH and ideal fertility. It's absolutely amazing how well everything is growing! I got about 25 cucumbers today, so I'll be pickling tomorrow. 😁 I'm planning to do dills and bread & butter pickles. I got a new freezer, so I'll be moving things out of the tall freezer and into the new chest freezer. That way I can freeze zucchini slices, then bag them up for future recipes. I'll also be making zucchini relish until the tomatoes come in. Then I'll jar up tomato sauce with onions, garlic and zucchini for spaghetti. 😋
