This Storm Tried To Spin Up 😮 Funnel or Scud Cloud ?? 🌪️ Hanford, CA

A cluster of strong thunderstorms lined up during the afternoon between Fresno and Tulare .
As I got closer to the storm , I noticed a cloud feature that got my attention . This cloud feature looked like a funnel or spin up .
As I further analyzed the storm on radar , this storm had very weak rotation which could explain what I saw during this chase .
