You drove right through the street where I used to live in Leipzig, then to Berlin where I live now and then to Rostock where I used to live. Keep up the work, I like your videos.
What a great vacation. Hope you are enjoying private family time before you have to go back to work. Your wife is an awesome sport for sharing and putting up with you!

Thansk Knut, yes things got hectic when I got home. Falling behind on everything!
2:40 that’s very odd, all EU countries have mandatory DRL (daytime running lights) en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daytime_running_lamp and Austria is in the EU also your Thor hammer lights are DRL, so just having your car light settings on auto should be enough.
Seems odd you can't use your headlights in Austria. Many cars now days have automatic headlights that come on as soon as you start the car. -- Have a safe trip home, those autobahn can be dangerous.
You like the sound of the 4CYL Volvo... any difference? You miss the D4 5 cyl. Not realy?

There is a different sound in the new engine. But I haven’t really given it much more thought. Things change. Like in F1 when they started with the V6 and the angry sound was gone. But now everyone has gotten used to it.
Cool. Most of mine I've done have been at 0.5 sec but that's just sitting in town, that seems good for say 20-30 min time lapse, driving I suppose it would be too often. I will have to try it later in Aug when I rent a car for a trip about with the family.

Thanks for the info!
Bjorn is an amazing videographer! The man can shoot a video in his sleep!
Haha, sometimes. But now I fell behind on the videos since we got back home.
Have to edit one more!

Two thumbs up for your wife indeed! Great highway footage!

Great vlog. Personal chef sounds good 😂
Haha yes and for hire!
Great series! Did you make it home safely?
Yes we are home! First thing when we got back was a wedding the chaos. Might finish the video tomorrow! Way behind on everything! 😂

The Autobhan is not dangerous what’s dangerous is the people who can’t drive on the Autobahn and keep breaking the “rules”
Love your Volvo, awesome color! Is it manual or automatic:)?
Use a SAT app for groundspeed. 103 normally is 100 in real life. Like this you pass everybody without a ticket.
Yeah, I use Waze so I noticed.
But the roads could be driven at 120km/h easily.
Just frustrating.
BjörnRandén understood...uptight country.
Very short drive passing. And they make you stand longer then necessary! 😂

Something I meant to ask you when we met up.. what settings do you use on your gopro for the driving timelapses?
Ah, 4K 1 sec interval
