Just wanna mention that this was not an easy weekend for hurt. Asides from losing early, someone told Hurt to DIE after losing to Dominator (like wtf is wrong with that person). I hope Hurt feels better soon and regains his intentions of travelling overseas
That person better not be one of those spectators that complains about overseas players not traveling to the US enough, because yeah, if Hurt decided to stop going because of that, wouldn't blame him at all. Absolute trash behavior.
it was actually during the set, he said it was pretty hard to concentrate after someone telling him to die. He also mentionned that he does still have really good experiences from other tournaments and still met a lot of nice people but damn florida has some idiots
As someone who doesn't attend tournaments, seeing peabnut doing so well is really exciting. He is the one top player I've ever played against(online) so its amazing to me to see him to do so well
13:11 "its not like tamap had a unbelieveable bad season" what?? He absolutely had, he got 129th, 25th, and 7th at a b+ tier, this season is over for but i really hope he can bounce back next season and lima is better this season, but not overall i think
I wouldn’t count Lima out of getting top ten he’s amazing, and honestly I was just hoping I missed a couple good tamaP runs but damn he’s been struggling, hopefully he can pick it up
@@ProofBlock yes my words for lima are not fair im gonna change that hes amazing, im just getting mad because tamap is my fav player and i watch every tournament he attends
Lima is the best Bayo in the world, and has been for quite some time. Even back then when people argued for Bloom4eva (before Tama P), Lima was the best. He just didn't attend sufficient events, and Bloom was favored for having easier brackets in EU. With the rise of Tama P and the underperformances of Bloom, people focused more on Tama P. But I genuinely believe Lima has been the best for quite some time.
Definitely not lol, Bloom was the reason people started talking about Bayo a while ago. He has the best fundies with the character, so he picked her to the great level the fastest. Also i wouldn't call it "underperformances of Bloom" when the guy is trolling all year. Since Day 1 we knew Bloom doesn't take the game seriously. You basically saying "Lima didn't attend, and Bloom was winning events" and it somehow made Lima better is crazy bias. Lima is the best now for sure but saying he was 2+ years ago is crazy. If he was he would at least win some major by now lol.
Lima hasn't gotten top 8 at a SINGE goddamn major in ultimate until collision 2023 and you're blaming it on attendance? Bloom was ranked 21st in 2022 while lima was ranked 48th. Bloom attended 5 majors that year and lima attended 4. lima went to much more events outside of majors. Bloom was no question the best bayo in 2022
Its closer than people think, both have 2 p tier wins, miya has 2 another major wins [overall 4] but qlso some bad placements, i hope the race stays close
with this and Acola finally winning a major this season , it seems to be one of the greatest seasons for the fight for number 1, if sonix manage to win LMMM or/and delfino maza, it would be even a closer fight with the 4
Acola is like 4th. He more loses then normal and the aki, lose is one of his worst loses. Sonix, Snow, yoshidora, aki, asimo, & Miya. This is his worst Season.
@@firefatesgaming1855 I'm 99% certain he did not lose to Aki in a ranked tournament. If I'm not mistaken, his only ranked losses so far are to Miya 3x, Yoshidora, Sonix, Snow, Akakikusu, and Asimo. Those aren't bad losses whatsoever. And just for comparison: Miya's list of losses: Acola 2x, Marss, Sonix, Raru, Syrup, Light, Lima 2x, and Tweek. Sonix's list of losses: Snow, Sparg0 2x, Shuton 2x, Light, and Shinymark. Sparg0's list of losses: Doramigi, Acola, Zomba, Mkleo, Kola, Tea 2x, Miya, and Lima. Now, obviously, some context is needed for these lists of losses. Acola is the only one who hasn't attended an invitational, which means he could have taken at most two losses per tournament; invitationals can be more than that because of the pools. Higher attendance in general means more losses too. It also doesn't say anything about the wins of each of these players, but neither do you.

I think that if Miya wins Delta 9, he will overtake Sparg0 as the front runner for #1. I also wonder what Acola would have to do to be in the conversation at this point. Winning Delphino Maza is something, but I feel needs to win 1 or 2 other majors to be in the conversation. However, if Miya continues to win majors at this rate and doesn’t underperform at anything for the rest of the season, I think the #1 spot is his.
The peabnut light set was so frustrating at the end Peab dropped a bunch of edgeguards and light didn't even die at 100 to an up smash like bro since when is fox living this type of stuff

Nah, only reason why Miya has so many major wins is because he joins the MOST tournaments out if any player and even then his still has TWO 13th places at P TIER EVENTS.
