    Memo:
    How to breakup with your phone:
    -First start by typing out your motivation. “right it down”.
    -Evaluate your behavior “how many hours you spent on phone , and which apps” it helps you to become self aware and put realistic goals.
    -delete SM apps
    -how to avoid FOMO : put down things that you love about not being connected,activities you enjoy, ect
    -set out the new things u will do in free time
    30 days breakup plan:
    -Part 1 :
    1-2 : use tracking app
    3-4 : pay attention to how u feel before and after using your phone
    5-7 : delete SM and but out activities to replace it
    8-9 : remove notification
    10- 12 : set up a charging station away from your bed and try to use printable books
    13-14 :choose a phone free zone ( a table ,room,…)
    -Part 2 :
    15-16 :meditate when u find yourself rushing to use your phone
    17-18: try some concentration exercises “do something and concentrate as much as possible “
    19-20 : shut down your phone for 2 solid days
    21-23 : reflect on the days off and what it make u feel ( what u liked and what u missed)
    24-26 : clean your digital life and remove things that annoy u
    27-30 : keep monitoring your behavior and how u changed and take notes about it

    10:34 this statistic cannot be true.
    So 6 hours of sleep makes very little difference. Does not add up to me.
