Pretty much all the 80-year-olds I've encountered through the years walk with a cane, or a limp, or are unsteady on their feet, oftentimes lose their balance, are fat, waddle around, have difficulty getting up from a chair, and so on. Yet there's Mick -- running around, jumping, dancing, and still managing to have enough breath to sing. It's uncanny. 😃
he stays in shape, eats the right foods, stays out of politics avoids addictions which kill most celebrities. And, most important, loves what does. Nuff said
