I bought this bag from Sweetwater and the bottom protector piece is detached and has 1 side rough velcro, the underside of the bag should have the soft side to accompany the velcro, but it is not there. Is this a manufacturer slip up? Sincerely, -Detached.
Really sorry to hear about your trouble. That is no fun. Sounds like it very much could be an error. Have you contacted SW to get the return/replacement process rolling?
Awesome bag! I just can’t imagine how heavy this would be as a back pack once all my cymbals were in it haha
it beats the shoulder sling style for sure, backpack cymbal bag is kind of a must
