This episode really reminds me of ASTRO Rocky when he participating in Dance War competition, he had no active schedule before, and he wearing mask as Purple 23. At the end, he won 2nd place with amazing comments from judges and high score every week.

"i helped him bcuz he's a member of my group" i know Rocky truely believes in this line cuz it happened in Astro too i'm so grateful he has people by his side, people who share his pain and people who comfort him Rocky truely deserves all the love and success
wheeyeon and the reporter's convo in the beginning is GOLD!!! PREACH!!! i also love that they portrayed the reporter as someone just trying her best given her position - this humanizes her but does NOT mean she wasn't at fault!! in fact, she still apologizes for hurting them and THIS NUANCE!! IS WHAT IS MISSING!!! even in dramas with 20x the budget (omg lol the number counter during the "king of masked dancer" was so poorly done HAHA), it's hard to nail this balance! much props to rocky and the actress for the reporter for pulling that scene off beautifully!
Broke Rookie Star not just a drama. It's full of reality that idols have to face in their daily life. It's a eye opening drama to all of us about idols' life. Creo que el mensaje que más me gusto fue que un miembro del grupo no solo es aquel que está a lado de los demás por trabajo sino están para apoyarse como una familia ☺️, como en la escena donde Rocky escucha y esta ahí para EunHyeon aún en un momento difícil para el. Many people first noticed Rocky on Dance wars 2018 as contestant "Purple 23" where he scored unbelievably high on the judge's marks but lost the popularity vote.. also the water sprinklers at the end!! That's a nice touch... will remind aroha of the open air Astro concert where it suddenly rained but astro was so professional, they didn't stop dancing.. I think Rocky, jinjin n moonbin slipped too.. but everyone got back n finished the performance in style.. Special thanks to XPIERS members for being supportive to Rocky..their chemistry really seems genuine in the finale as well as ost.. Last but not the least, a big thanks to PH drama for uploading English subtitles for every episode in real time.. internationalfans really appreciate it!!

I wasn't sure whether I dreamed of this episode yesterday or if it was real!! Well, I am sure now!! Oh My God!!! Rocky's performance was PERFECT!! I am so proud of him!!! It's been a while since I saw him dance like that!! Actual Dance Wars vibe!!! I actually liked the way it ended, because it shows that sometimes the things we want are not the things we need. The conversation Hwiyeon had with Hanseul was really from the heart... I feel bad for Eunhyeon, but life goes on and he has more important things to do!! Anyway, thank you very much for this great drama!! All cast members were amazing and frankly, I will miss X-Piers!! And our Rocky, once again, showed why he's an all-rounder!!

Descubrirlo fue algo maravilloso, me enamoró todo de el . SEÑOR PH DRAMA ORIGINALS , que tal un drama de 16 capítulos con ROCKY de actor principal, ya han visto todo el potencial que tiene para soprender a la audiencia con sus interpretaciones . Broke Rookie Star es un drama transmitió grandes mensajes, cómo la vida cotidiana de los idols por ejemplo el tema de sus horarios, citas en secreto, los artículos que pueden afectarlos tanto en su trabajo como emocionalmente. Creo que el mensaje que más me gusto fue que un miembro del grupo no solo es aquel que está a lado de los demás por trabajo sino están para apoyarse como una familia ☺️, como en la escena donde Rocky escucha y esta ahí para EunHyeon aún en un momento difícil para el.
Extrañare este drama pero ojalá haya una segunda temporada junto a Rocky y todos los actores 🤗.

Many people first noticed Rocky on Dance wars 2018 as contestant "Purple 23" where he scored unbelievably high on the judge's marks but lost the popularity vote.. also the water sprinklers at the end!! That's a nice touch... will remind aroha of the open air Astro concert where it suddenly rained but astro was so professional, they didn't stop dancing.. I think Rocky, jinjin n moonbin slipped too.. but everyone got back n finished the performance in style..
Special thanks to XPIERS members for being supportive to Rocky..their chemistry really seems genuine in the finale as well as ost..

I wasn't sure whether I dreamed of this episode yesterday or if it was real!! Well, I am sure now!! Oh My God!!! Rocky's performance was PERFECT!! I am so proud of him!!! It's been a while since I saw him dance like that!! Actual Dance Wars vibe!!! I actually liked the way it ended, because it shows that sometimes the things we want are not the things we need. The conversation Hwiyeon had with Hanseul was really from the heart... I feel bad for Eunhyeon, but life goes on and he has more important things to do!! Anyway, thank you very much for this great drama!! All cast members were amazing and frankly, I will miss X-Piers!! And our Rocky, once again, showed why he's an all-rounder!!

I loved the ending Whee-Yeon going to the safest place next to his mother and despite not becoming famous, he managed to show his enormous talent and that as it happens in real life he is not valued by others, beautiful wdrama that made me cry and laugh at the same time. Congrats

Without a doubt a fantastic episode, I loved the words that Wheeyeon said to the reporter, because it is true how much damage you can cause to a person, whether or not they are an idol, when lies are told, and the ending seemed beautiful to me Wheeyeon going to the safest place, next to his mother and with job proposals for him, without depending on third parties

А второй сезон будет? А то у меня ощущение, что только началось самое интересное, как дорама закончилась! Да и тот факт, что ХвиЁн не получил заслуженного признания очень печалит. И совсем не хочется, чтобы он уходил из Xpiers - ведь он только стал ближе с мемберами... Одним словом, очень надеюсь на продолжение, ибо за эти короткие 10 серий сильно полюбила как самого Хвиёна, так и всех остальных героев, поэтому хотелось бы увидеть дальнейшее развитие их отношений :)

I really enjoyed watching this short drama every weekend, it’s sad that it has ended already but all of the actors did well especially our Rocky, he’s so funny and so good in expressing his emotions. After finishing this drama, I realized that he somehow relates to his role. He is so talented both in singing and dancing but only a few fans and people recognize him. But now he is getting well-known by everyone. I’m so happy for him, he’s achieving his dream slowly but surely. So proud of you park minhyuk.
