Thank god you found some grip on heat 2, even if it wasn’t great. Heat 1 was painful. Maybe the track needs to swap that Armco out for something like they have at Odsal, Northampton and Skeggy. They take an absolute beating from the F1’s and the only repairs that need making are to the post and rope around the top sometimes. Have to say though, the shale racing is where it came alive. Looked good fun too.
If Deane didnt have the obvious commitment to Mildo, it would be interesting to see a new fence at Arlington, does look like a decent track where the fence is used plenty and definately needs to be able to take hits and bounce cars off without breaking them.
The saloon stock cars give that armco a test for its money every time ive seen followings from them the posts have always ended up ripping clean from the concrete blocks that hold the armco up
Can you not hook a wheel up on the inside raised kerb to gain grip on turn in and drive it like shale ?...I've never been there so i used to hook a wheel on the inside mid corner at are local track in wet meetings basically to spray mud in the visor of the car behind me...
@@TebbzRacing By cutting to the inside grip are no grip just turn in earlier and run a wheel up the inside kerb.you can bounce of the car already running around the wall ...Next time you do a practice there give it a go...Ive left this message a week so im happy for you to delete it to stop others reading it
I was there for this!! Flying on the shale! Had you sat there a while though during the first race and final! Whilst they fixed the armco
Solid entertaining meeting, flying in the final and then shale to end meeting.Great footage as ever.👌👍
Very entertaining, not a bad meeting, loved the idea with the decision to use the shale. Seems everyone was buzzing.
Looked rapid in the concrete part of the final. Well done.
Great meeting LGC
Brilliant racing.
Cracking stuff

Maybe one day, it needs something as the long delays fixing the fence is no good for the spectators
great racing
I don't think they use the Speedway for bikes anymore so brilliant idea look rapid as well

I see what your saying but there is literally no grip on the inside to get any where near the curb 😂
