Golden Bird in Acrylic | Canvas Painting

This is a painting of an imaginary golden bird. I loosely used the photo of a Silver Breasted Broadbill as reference. Here I'm still using the Under The Sea color palette. For this painting, I decided to focus more on the Orange/Coral color. I also painted pink cherry blossoms as you may or might not already know that I just love them so much!
As always I let the painting guide me as to what it needs and just go with the flow. I paint whatever I'm feeling without really worrying whether it looks realistic or not.
Also, I had mentioned that I started a new job a few months ago so I haven't had time to paint or edit much. Thus, I haven't posted as often as I would like to, but just know that one thing is for sure...I'm not going anywhere. I'm here to stay! Even when things get a little hectic, I will always make time to post at least once in a while! ;-)
I tried to fast forward as much as I could without taking away from the process.
Also, I haven't forgotten about the 200+ subs giveaway. I'll get to it as soon as I can. Make sure to participate and get some goodies! YAY!
