I would like to ask you guys when I modeled pipes I have some of them gray and others blue. Then when I remove material by extruder I cant remove from blue pipes. How can I change those pipes to gray colour?

The grey pipes are solid and the blue pipes are in surface..edit the extrude to change surface to solid.
