You are very inspiring. I really appreciate and enjoy your content. I started my fitness journey in June. I’ve seen so many results that it’s keeping me consistent. 🙏🏼 This is all I do: 🏋🏻♂️ Workout 5 times a week, 45min to 1hr, follow the same routine with progressive overload. 🥑 Eat good Whole Foods. 🥩 Eat good sources of protein. 💤 Sleep at least 7hrs. But I really try to sleep 8. 🏃🏻♂️➡️ Move more. I use the stairs instead of the elevator. I’ve never been so happy with the way I feel. It’s so simple. If I can do it, anybody can do it.
As someone who works most of the time i think i have my perfect minimalist routine, and i do recommend it for anyone who feels like they really have no time. Wake up: 5 myosets of dips vs 5 myosets of bodyweight rows. Everyday. Anytime you have more time, add in some more exercises. This way you ensure at least 4-5 of these mini-sessions/week, enough for some recovery and progress
One program I created for weekend warriors, an people who can only maximize weekend workouts. Eric.. Marc Fitt was the first influencer I subscribed to.. I don’t know what happened to him but you remind me of him.. you have great videos and I’m always waiting for the next.. I try to like all your posts because you need to grow your channel!! You have great videos and I’m wondering why you’re not getting the views you should be getting? How does that work?
I really appreciate that brother. I think it really comes down to me being inconsistent over the years. I’ve started to get traction and then stop posting. I’ve made a bunch of excuses over the years but it just comes down to discipline. I’m still balancing all this with a demanding job but the goal is to pursue it full time and help as many people as I can. Truly appreciate your support man 💪
2:40 If you are looking for monologue ideas, you should talk more about the difference between aesthetics and powerlifting programming. I've met guys who get their lifts to respectable levels but because the programming is so lower body focused and ignores side delts, lats, arms, they get that "T-rex" look. A lot of people get the impression that they'll get their B/S/D to good levels and they're going to look how they want. Often not how it turns out.
You couldn't have said it better with the "t-rex" look. That's why I promote a balance of both strength and aesthetics. Lifting super heavy is cool but so is having an aesthetic body. I just want to be decently strong for my height weight. What are your training goals?
Hey man, its from EVOLPOW. You can check them out here: www.evolpow.com/?ref=uuikecse If you decide to purchase, you can use my code EricFit to save additional $.
Bro I appreciate you and your physique looks great but you’ve got at laast 3k worth of equipment in your garage including a power rack and bench. That ain’t minimalist.
In that case you should look out for those African guys who use cement weights. These types of setups are built over years. You start with dumbell and bench. Than you add barbells. Than power rack. Than cables . @@Gakoranus
If you go search my most viewed video you will see my budget home gym that only cost me $500 to start. I used to have an amazon rack and free weight purchased from fb marketplace. That was in 2020 so prices are obviously higher now. Just use what you got. Don't let having fewer equipment hold you back. Plenty of super impressive physiques have been built from calisthenics. Appreciate you watching and your comment bro.

Awesome plan. Just implement patience and consistency and you will look up a year from now and be barely recognizable.
Love this content. This is what we need

Your page is missing the “shorts” option

3000 dollars for a great quality home gym is not tha much considering what you're getting
@@masonmennell8514 Oh for sure. But it's not minimalist in terms of space or cash.

@@EricFIT Appreciate that for sure, but I just don't have space for a rack. Good luck with your channel.
