@@teresacoles4885 wrong.. he was mad at the venue crew because he kicked that monitor off the stage because it was giving him some crazy nasty feedback, and the crew just thought it fell down, so try tried putting it back because they thought he needed it, so it pissed him off

I don't know where this is, but my first concert ever was Black Label Society in Memphis, TN in 2010. The date this was post is obviously in January and I'm pretty sure we saw them in like October or November.

According to the commentary on the documentary from the DVD that this performance is from, the monitor was super loud and he was trying to get it off the stage because it was "cutting my head off" and the security thought it was an accident or he was just being a rock star. Which is why he was signally for them to leave it off the stage.
