Here is a thought for those in the EU: if you are cashing out a small fortune, perhaps consider moving to Slovenia or Portugal first, as their tax on crypto seems pretty attractive at the moment.
Portugal is in the EU, and all EU countries share tax, banking and criminal records on a centralized database. If you somehow manage to not be interrogated/detained as suspect of money laundering, you'll be paying capital gains tax which should sit at least at 28%.
Thats like saying "ill build a multimillion dollar company, then ill learn how to manage it." you will never earn more money then your ready to handle.

Instead of cashing out to my bank, i plan to sell a % of my BTC and altcoins into USDC and then send to Blockfi, Celcius or Nexo to earn interest and a passive income and borrow against it if i need to. Also withdraw some monthly to my crypto.com app and onto my debit card. Great channel Bro!
I am not going to change my assets to FIAT money. Bitcoin for long term is more strong. No need to change it back to weak currency. Alt coin season is still ahead and Bitcoin is not in the down trend. Alt coins will go crazy
The easiest way is to probably sell into strength and time taking profits properly. This should make for better liquidity in exchanges and an easy route to fiat when everyone else is FOMOing in.

If it’s complicated, it’s for a reason, and that is likely not good for you. Who owns the exchanges? Who makes the rules? If government is taxing or regulating your use of crypto currency, that’s not really decentralized. And governments always want to tax everything.
Few things here. Cardano lets you pay tx fees in the token that you transfer. Terra lets you chose the token to use for fees. High tx fees because of congestion are usually an issue in specific to proof of work systems. Also there's another option. Don't got back to the fiat system, store in various stablecoins.

Yea, this has been my question for weeks now and can't get a good response. It seems to me that most whales swap into usdt tether when things get volatile, meaning the price will drop, and then swap it back qhen they think its hit the low. I've been watching usdt for months now and everytime the price of btc drops, usdt's volume goes up alot. Back in May during the big crash, usdt volume went from 60 billion to over 300 billion. Just the other day when it dropped from 35k to 28k, usdt volume went from 60 billion to over 100 billion and in about 2 days afterwards it went back to 60 billion. I know wallets like exodus you can swap but there's going to be a nasty fee included, but it seems during crashes that it pays off. This is my most important question and I can't get an answer. Must be a secret that nobody wants to admit lol good luck bro

I got frustrated trying to buy some and said to myself "I'll get it tomorrow" when it was looking like a really good buy @ USD .0017 That was a few weeks ago.. So, I had the wallet up and running, figured out I needed to go to an outside the US exchange to get it, but didn't realize I would have to buy with bitcoin instead of a card. (I'm in the US and still learning...) I then learned later that the exchange I tried was trading for it, but would mess up on Aaar and the transaction wouldn't happen. I'm getting tired and pissed off, so I put it down for the moment to get some rest. I planned on doing $50. I FORGOT ABOUT IT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF!!! The next time I looked it was at $11.00! I couldn't believe it! I am still mad at how dumb that was of me.😤 💤💸💸💸
That moment when you realise that cashing out into fiat is a guaranteed loss. Far better to move your profits into a stable coin for the crash, then re-invest during the bear market low. Rinse, repeat. Do this for 3 to 4 cycles and you will have enough crypto to borrow fiat against, you will never have to sell.

You should have to pay tax on disposal of the assets in the country you’re moving from first.
You would have to move to a place like Andorra, in Spain but fiscally separate and with lower taxes, become a tax resident and wait a year or so.

Could you not just swap everything into a stablecoin and then cash out on a later date when things have calmed down?

Yea, this has been my question for weeks now and can't get a good response. It seems to me that most whales swap into usdt tether when things get volatile, meaning the price will drop, and then swap it back qhen they think its hit the low. I've been watching usdt for months now and everytime the price of btc drops, usdt's volume goes up alot. Back in May during the big crash, usdt volume went from 60 billion to over 300 billion. Just the other day when it dropped from 35k to 28k, usdt volume went from 60 billion to over 100 billion and in about 2 days afterwards it went back to 60 billion. I know wallets like exodus you can swap but there's going to be a nasty fee included, but it seems during crashes that it pays off. This is my most important question and I can't get an answer. Must be a secret that nobody wants to admit lol good luck bro

I got frustrated trying to buy some and said to myself "I'll get it tomorrow" when it was looking like a really good buy @ USD .0017 That was a few weeks ago.. So, I had the wallet up and running, figured out I needed to go to an outside the US exchange to get it, but didn't realize I would have to buy with bitcoin instead of a card. (I'm in the US and still learning...) I then learned later that the exchange I tried was trading for it, but would mess up on Aaar and the transaction wouldn't happen. I'm getting tired and pissed off, so I put it down for the moment to get some rest. I planned on doing $50. I FORGOT ABOUT IT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF!!! The next time I looked it was at $11.00! I couldn't believe it! I am still mad at how dumb that was of me.😤 💤💸💸💸

most people don't invest due to ignorance and bad advice from friends and family
investing in crypto currency is the best thing to do especially with the current rise in the market now

That moment when you realise that cashing out into fiat is a guaranteed loss. Far better to move your profits into a stable coin for the crash, then re-invest during the bear market low. Rinse, repeat. Do this for 3 to 4 cycles and you will have enough crypto to borrow fiat against, you will never have to sell.
