Hello any idea if what is the mode of transportation in harbin aside from taxi? what app can you recomend for navigation in harbin?

Hi ! Buses are quite frequent as well. However, if your language skills are not good, I would recommend you stick with taxis. I can recommend DiDi app for taxis and Baidu maps for navigation.
