Yes it's very important I noticed it lately, windows sucks In some areas. Bit locker encryption has both benefits & downsides. But for linux people like us it's a problem. When the windows drive is encrypted with bit locker, linux installer will fail to decrypt it natively and requires a third party tools to unlock it. So, in one word when the windows drive is encrypted, linux cannot access unallocated free space (created earlier) and throws an error. So it's better to disable that feature. Also, in case you didnt create an unallocated space though windows..... using this option directly allows to shrink the free space within the installer.
@@kskroyaltechI have properly followed all the steps, created empty space (unallocated space), 8:00 but in the Ubuntu installer I don't find "Install alongside Windows option". And when I choose the advanced option, I am being shown my entire 512 GB SSD as free space and even the Live OS file manager of Ubuntu isn't detecting my SSD. I have turned off Safe boot and all, but none seemed to work. please help...
It would be greate if you make a detailed video on how to customize ubuntu 22.04 like blur background transparency status bar ect ... not extreamely configured as it might reduce the speed and performance
It's coming very soon. Stay tuned.

Windows partition data can be accessed from ubuntu. You can use the default file manager. It will be auto mounted.
Thanksss a lott😭😭😭
Hello, I removed Ubuntu partition but I forgot to delete Ubuntu loader from EFI. When I always start my laptop, I see GNU menu. So I always type 'exit' and skip it and go straight to window easily. But then today I couldn't do that as usual. What can I do for it please 😭
No worries, Power off, head over to BIOS SETTINGS, choose UEFI boot menu, and set Windows OS boot manager as default.
@@kskroyaltechThanks bro❤
i have more than 200 gb free but it give me only 50 gb to shrink what should i do ?

Then try to allocate a free space.
Hi, could I separate my SSD this way and later on get another one and leave each system on a single SSD? Or would it be too much work and just not worth it? what do you say
It's upto you. If you want to install ubuntu alongside windows 11 on the same drive this is the process.
Otherwise, if you have spare SSD on your computer you can use it to install ubuntu. This is a hassle free method to do.
Which is better dual boot or virtual machine if I have core i7
16gb ram 1tb ssd gpu rtx 3050 4gb
Dual boot for enhanced experience
Still some says security is better in Virtual machine

Hey thanks, video was of great help in dual boot. Just a doubt after dual boot is done when i enter windows os its timezone is not synced properly.
Any help on how to fix this issue?
Same problem
On windows, Go to settings, choose time and date and click on sync.
@@kskroyaltech thanks already done that but I thought it would be having some permanent fix, but no issue regarding that. Thanks for the help
Open the terminal and then type:
sudo timedatectl set-local-rtc 1
and then hit Enter to execute, fill the root password as you created, and then hit Enter again. The UBuntu should be permanently sync to local time based on CPU clock.
Bro help😢, right when my installation is about to finish, an error comes "system program problem detected" but after restart its sayin remove usb and press enter. Is my installation complete. I am afraid there are some files missing.
After restart i can use ubuntu freely, but seeing your video "do 24 things after installing ubuntu" in that you told to check for updates and when i checked for update in command prompt, many files were showing missing. My screen and your screen didn't had same answer 😢
I guess the installation didn't go well.. In THIS video, watch the end part and remove ubuntu and reinstall again. Please watch the end part carefully and remove only ubuntu partitions.
@@kskroyaltech yesss, i re-installed it 4 times bro, every time same error comes. I did exactly what you did. 😭😭

Yeah dude, just stretch the partition, but be careful not to overwrite the windows one
Does having a gpu affect the process?
NO
Don’t we have to alot the partition for swap area and root?
above ubuntu 20.0 it automatically creates a swap area for you from the designated
