One thing to also note about kurtosis is the peaks dont really matter its how fat the tails are since a leptokurtic model is more prone to risk compared to a platykutic looking at where most of the data falls on the curve

the question is dealing with a sample and the denominator for the sample's SD is n-1. what you're referring to is if you were taking the SD for a population
Thanks. But why are the saleries an interval scale, although they contain a zero value and the ratio of two values is meaningful, I think they should be a ratio scale

I think statistics is gonna be my enemy on the exam... my head spins when i read the stats questions.
