Mr. Clark’s convo with the sergeant is one of the most hard hitting snippets of dialogue I’ve seen on ANY of these videos concerning unlawful police behavior. Anyone who performs any activism concerning police misconduct in any capacity should have the audio of that clip at the ready to present to whatever governing body they’re petitioning for change. He spoke to the man’s soul. Very very powerful stuff.

Been in his shoes numerous times. 7x in 3 months. All because I worked nights and had to drive home late. Broke no laws. Had no traffic violations. Had zero points on drivers lic and no accidents. The third stop when I handed the state trooper my info I stated, "sir, I know I wasnt violating any traffic laws, why was I stopped this time?" He responded with drill sergeant tone,,"IM ASKING THE QUESTIONS! SIT THERE AND KEEP QUIET!" Ran all my info and let me go. Each time stopped, same questions...1) Where are coming from? 2) where are you heading? 3) Have you had anything to drink? 4) Any outstanding warrants? No citations issued. One County cop had the balls to say, " Just checking to see if you're alright.". I said, " I didnt call you and ask for help so yeah, Im good." Qualified Immunity needs to go.
"Because I said so" is not an acceptable answer from a cop. If you cannot give a reasonable, lawful explanation for why you want someone to do something, you shouldn't ask/order them to do it.

Last year i embarrassed a drunk off duty cop who was starting fights, a few minutes later his on duty friends came rushing in handcuffed and beat me unconscious and ended up breaking my neck, i was charged with disorderly conduct and everyone of them is still on duty and I get harassed constantly bc i brought a federal lawsuit

The civilian knew there wasn't a traffic infraction but the cops insisted on giving him a warning for a non-existent traffic infraction. Ignorance of the law is no excuse apparently doesn't apply to those enforcing it. If the complaint he filed went nowhere I imagine a lawsuit would get a favourable ruling, especially when the cop says 'because I say so'

As a veteran myself, I understand the frustration of serving the country only to be treated like this. The way I handle it is simply saying "how about I get a couple of my boys, full geared then come to your home or catch you on the street and let's see if you shake like a leaf". They just on a power trip and have little to no experience of what violence/power really is. They literally train their weapon 1-4 hours a month and hand to hand twice a year. Just clowns with a badge.

Did you see officer Flores when she came back to the car to announce that she was only giving him a warning? She had to look up and take a deep breath because she was disgusted with the fact that all she had to do is give him a warning. The best thing that can happen here is that the people in Authority at that Police Department see the video and they're forced to look it over and therefore make some changes or at least investigate

You would think that they would have some effect on the way that cops percieve the way the public views them but it just seems to get worse. Cops have got to know that they have family, friends and people who know them, viewing these videos but they just don't care. The tyranical behavior seems to get worse.
Even when normal people join law enforcement for the supposed right reasons they’ll become tyrants real quick or they’ll have no upward mobility and can’t get promotions and they will ultimately be shunned by their peers and have to quit or they will be fired. They’ll need to lie on reports, lie on the stand, and most importantly, always put the “thin blue line” and their “brothers in blue” above all else! Then they start having more and more contempt for the constitution and citizenry they swore to protect as their uneducated, ignorant, arrogant, small minds become more and more inflated! A few bad apples? Does anyone really believe that? Seriously🤬. The hate in their eyes when questioned in any manner says it all. It’s a serious problem and has serious, negative implications for anybody that crosses their path and doesn’t bow down to their imagined authority. I’m not a “defund the police” moron because we obviously don’t want to live in a society where the “law of the jungle” reigns supreme. We want criminals to have something to be afraid of and we need thieves, murderers, rapists, violent lunatics, etc to be locked up but why? Why? Why? Why can’t we have law enforcement officers that actually know the laws and don’t give meaningless directives while they simultaneously hope and pray to lock anyone up that doesn’t praise them and do as they say when they have zero authority or dominion over you unless your committing a crime? Unfortunately, no cop will ever read any of our comments because the “head in the sand” approach enables them to keep their fragile egos intact🤬

It went from tag, to liscence, to lights, now just checking to make sure he doesnt have warrents. This whole stop is illegal and I hope this man files complaints and seeks legal advice for posible legal actions cuz this whole thing is nuts! People need to start putting these incidents on paper through complaints and legal proceedings, no matter how small. The only way to stop this is to bring it to light!

The vast majority are becoming the functional equivalent of environmental non-events. They hurt those they're paid to protect and serve. They lie incessantly. Their ego drives everything they do. They do not serve and protect. They violate the only oath they've ever taken, and they get mad when citizens they hem up don't play fake friends with them. You're supposed to treat them like good people while they screw up your life and finances for no legal or useful reason. They steal your time while hanging people up while they're being paid by US! They are addicted to IDs and need to seek treatment cause it's an addiction that runs rampant throughout the nation. They feel that citizens would help them investigate themselves-wrap up little gifts for them to use to incriminate oneself. THIS OFFICER IS DESPICABLE!
