It's actually a window so it was a reflection
the only thing i see is two creepy lights outside and the reflection of wade or ... the other guy.
+SantosFlame it was the reflection of Wade's head. If you pay close attention you can see how the shadow and Wade's body is similar. His legs move up, showing that he is leaning back, that's when the head appears in the window, then when his legs comes down it disappears. So, it's just the reflection of Wade's head.
