- Here is the actual grocery haul, it really does make it easier to be organized in my food pantry and my refrigerators. I also like to organize my freezers so when it’s time to go grocery shopping, I know what I need to get or maybe I just need to get a couple things to top off my stock. But having everything organized, and in a certain place makes it easier for me to go through everything and then to get my grocery list written for the next haul
Having a big family has made me try to plan and prepare ahead of time. To write out schedules and to be more organized so it’s easier to prepare for activities, grocery shopping, or family vacations.

@@arina4030 I live in the tropics and that 20$ is the price for blueberries alone. But also those pineapples are very cheap here. We don’t really get the best of both worlds at cheap price!

For me, I found that buying fruits according to the seasons is cheaper. Otherwise, you are paying too much for those fruits that are imported. Also, for some fruits it's better to wait when they are in plenty, middle of the season the prices are again reasonable as compared to when they just come out.
Yeah always overpicked here gotta catch local market times to find this nice.

Please don't cut the strawberries in advance. It might attract flies and perish prematurely, unless you're going to finish the whole plate immediately. Looks amazing! In Germany we often buy our fruits at a Turkish or Moroccan shop. Those are not only cheaper, but also riper and much more delicious than those from the supermarket. You might also add some melon and mangoes.

My favorite fruit dip is sour cream with sugar or honey- it's amazing with strawberries!!! It sounds weird I know- but it's good!!

2 parts cream cheese and 1 part marshmallow fluff. Mix the fluff n cream cheese together and chill for 1 hour. Then dip strawberries in it you will think you're eating strawberry cheese cake

Love this but I ruined by board because I didn’t place something underneath. My family members are savages (in the most loving way😂) so the blueberry juice stained it. I’ll always put down clear wrap or something to not ruin such a beautiful board. I still use it. Just a peace of advice, not that u or anyone else needs it. 😂

Fruts are expensive, there's no way that's only 25$
You can also just mix plain Greek yogurt with some powdered sugar and a few drops of Almond flavoring. Or substitute sour cream for the yogurt. Both are amazingly delicious with fruit!

@@tarahazelrigg6467 have you heard of The Produce Box? You can get great local/regional produce and artisan products delivered weekly. It's pretty affordable in my experience, I'm in central NC. I love it. I get a box with enough produce for 2 weeks for my husband and I plus a dozen eggs and it's about $45 including delivery. There are a lot of boxes to choose from or you can just pick what you want. I love it.

This is why I buy and prepare my fruit as soon as I get home. My family eats more fruit and veggies if it’s grab and go. It don’t last long enough to go bad. If they are full of fruit they don’t miss junk food. Plus I stopped buying it. Yes I got some complaints but they adapted quickly!

My dad always kept a large fruit bowl of seasonal fruits apples and oranges on the kitchen counter. I have many memories all sharing freshly peeled orange with him. He also kept us in stock with melons and pomegranates! It was part of his culture to always have a bowl of fruit waiting in case guest drop by as well as some type of cookies or biscuit. We always grab for fruit and rarely had any junk food around

In California you can sometimes get this much fruit for under 25 dollars. I go to Food 4 Less, and they often have dollar bunches of fruit because a few pieces are over ripe or misshapen

The best fruit dip is a container of marshmallow fluff mixed with a softened block of cream cheese. It’s delicious
I’m gonna have to try this! I usually use powdered sugar, cream cheese & fresh squeezed lemon (just a little for a zing!).
Yasss. I use strawberry cream cheese and let it sit in the fridge over night. Soo good!

Yup you just blend the small container of strawberry cream cheese and whole carton of marshmallow fluff!
You got a DEAL! that looks sooo good!!! I love fruit dip. I use to buy it before I realized how easy it was 😂 .I make the sugar free kind now by using a powdered sugar substitute. I get Philadelphia cream cheese bc it tastes the best & sometimes you must splurge on the good stuff! But I use regular store brand whipped topping..my daughter adds some marshmallow fluff in hers which is delicious as well! I can't get over how yummy this looks. You can make really great smoothies w some of it too! ❤
Oh & I take my grapes & dip them in water & then sugar free jello mix. I usually have 2 diff kinds & I use a toothpick bc it can get messy so use a glove..but u dip the grape in water then roll in sf powder on a plate then freeze. They are so delicious & cold without freezing all thr way..You'll never eat grapes the same again! Cotton Candy grapes are around now..if you've never had them you MUST try them. Also they have Strawberries 🍓 infused w Pineapple 🍍 so it looks like an unripe Strawberry 🍓 but it's just the Pineapple 🍍 that makes it look like that. ❤
