This easy and tasty appetizer it's one of my favorite! The stuffed red peppers with feta cheese are very tasty and easy to make. My familly loves this recipe and I make it very often!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 red peppers
- 1 small tomato
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 100 g feta cheese
-100 g fresh cheese
- 50 g grated cheese (graviera)
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Bake at 180°C/356°F - for 20 minutes

fresh cheese is like ricotta in Italy, twarog in Poland, tvarog in Russia, cottage cheese is good to add to feta filling, I did already and is perfect
