Hello Ana & Anthony. This worked for me idk if it will work for you. Get a can of pineapples eat them & drink all the juice then take a hot bath for about 3min to an hr. When I did this at 8pm I went into labor by the 5am I dilated to 8½cm. My son came to this world within an hr once i got admitted to the hospital .
