    I'm starting with a new org and struggling with this exact question. The benefit of keeping the conversation in CRM is big and see the same issue with Zoho Projects as you presented here about Zoho Desk. What CRM automation tool do you recommend if you want to automate task sequence on cases based on the case type?

      There are many ways to automate tasks and cases based on something that happens in the crm. Provide the details to your zoho partner so he can recommend the right solution based on your business needs
