Thank you Steven and Richard for having Rachael on. Her voice is soothing, her delivery of her knowledge succinct, such a brilliant and courageous woman, going against the grain like that.

These chats are brilliant in confirming that I am doing the right thing for my body. In the past I have been tempted to buy a keto meter in order just to ‘see’ how my body is reacting. Now reassured that there is no need to test ketones and to simply carry on with the lifestyle that works for my body and brain. Thank you

I learn so much from Dr. Brown, I hope you have her on regularly. There's so many good points in this interview!
That's very interesting about large muscles not being muscle. That brings up a thought as to why people with huge muscles are stronger.
With ALS I'm noticing many carnivore benefits, I hope this means mitophagy is under way.
    Cheers!

Thank you all, so intelligent and interesting. 4 months doing carnivore, helping me heal decades of abuse.
Went to a family celebration a few days ago and had 2 small glasses of red wine...pain in body suddenly overnight.
    Lesson learnt🎉

Great analysis, thank you! I need some advice: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

Question. Would you recommend carnivore for someone who's been upgraded to insulin? In 2020 she caught covid (never had shot) after which her blood sugar went bad.so doctor put her on metformin. Now she's been put on insulin. She's probably 95 lbs. She definitely shouldn't lose weight. What do you think? She believes that covid wrecked her pancreas.

Is black cumin oil the cure - all as is always claimed ?? It is supposed to help against asthma, allergies ... !?

Hi. I keep reading that cumin and turmeric are actually irritants, and oils are massively inflammatory due to the high omega 6 levels. That said, I had childhood asthma and I’d have tried anything to help that at the time. I’d be surprised if that oil helped, but I guess there’s one way to find out. Hopefully, an expert will reply with a more definitive answer! Good luck.
