Flashback: Derrick Parker (Hip Hop Cop) Believes Chinx's Murder was a Setup

- An arrest was made today (Dec. 14) in the fatal shooting of Chinx nearly two years after the drive-by incident that would take the rapper's life. In November of this year, VladTV posted the Hip-Hop Cop, Derrick Parker's opinion on the case which at the time of filming was relatively unsolved. Parker said he didn't see the case ever being solved and disclosed his belief that Chinx's killing was a setup based on the details of how the entire situation occurred.
