60 BPM Metronome for 12 Hours

This is a metronome set at 60 Beats Per Minute. Great for practicing your timing when working on your musical talent. In addition, it can be used to simulate a clock if you are used to sleeping with one ticking in the room.

as someone with adhd and an anxiety disorder, i find it really hard to find a good metronome stimulus.
i tend to be really picky: if the sound is too sharp, too hollow or too mismatched or not identical, it gives me anxiety instead of relief.
this ones really crisp, i love the sound, im stimming so much omg
