I was watching that and was confused, I've done the easter egg before but I didn't know why he was just throwing seemingly random grenades... then I realized that he was perfectly nailing the very hard to hit explosion things without being able to see a single one and I realized why this guy has the record, it wasn't just the box luck. I needed the scavenger for one of those explosion things even in a non speed run, just trying to do the ee for the first time and this guy is just chucking grenades into the sky and nailing it. Insane.

The easter egg is helping out the main bo1 crew (Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, and mostly richtoffen) they are trapped behind the steel wall/door thing you see this person knifing, you don't see them but you hear them

If you haven’t known , you can always look at the wiki, basically the zombie crew Richthofen and them get teleported and stuck in that room , I think this is after ascension? You were basically helping them teleport out of that room , I think they go to Shangri-la next
You help richtofen and the crew teleport out while the are stuck behind the big metal door. And In return they give you a wonderwaffle and that is the end of the Easter egg I believe
