5:39 fear is a lie the negative belief is telling you to not let it go
7:02 you choose what you prefer without invalidating what you don’t prefer because it keeps you on the negative side. You’re a beautiful negative belief I applaud you and now you can relax bc I’m choosing something else thank you very much. Invest in the positive belief.

Perhaps the most important video of Bashar I’ve come across so far. Such valuable advice! Thank you.

Good video, as always but it,s not so easy to change unconcious patterns from trauma ( oops that,s again a believe) I,m saying this because i,ve been dealing with CPTSD for most of my 58 years. Since nobody knows me i,m gonna say it and take a risk. I,ve been mostly paralysed from the age of 17 for a few years due to a neuromusculaire disease. That is mostly healed due to surgery but i have restsymptoms from muscle weakness and sometimes it affects the muscles in my face too which no one can see but it feels awful. I know it,s stressrelated. My husband dumped me after 23 years with just a Whatsapp because of my health. I,m dating but i do feel unworthy and insecure and a looser. My personality is more that okay, my looks are not too bad so that,s fine.Just like jawclenching at night it,s not something you do willingly . I like this video and i wish all psychiatrist understand Bashar teachings and work with it. When something happened in your life that was so traumatic it forms your personality. Anyone who reads this and has experience with it or can hand me a useful insights please leave a reply, look forward to it. He leaves tools i hear it maybe it is something that serves me in a way i don,t understand or lack of self love to give myself permission to enjoy things i don,t know

I don’t see trauma mentioned here

By definition, if you point at trauma in your past you are using it to describe yourself, which is ‘investing in a negative belief’.

Trauma is what causes the negative beliefs. It's the root of all negative beliefs. PTSD is a collection of negative beliefs.

It is about consiousness, when you do something you do not like, and you are aware of it change it. And look inside where your reaction comes from

I,m gonna be the one who,s willing to reply on your comment. Suicidal words scare people away it,s a taboo, i,ve been dealing with this my entire life. I also left a comment to this video, maybe you can see it. What i can recommend for now to assist you is to listen to the healing hypnosis from Marisa Peer, Britain s most famous hypnotherapist. Your body is in fact a welness making machine. 24/7 thousands of genius fysical body functions happen without any of our help. Biochemical processes we don,t need to work on, it,s doing this by itself. The only thing that,s in the way is ud, blocking the stream of continuous healing divine energy that flows through us. Stress pinches the energy flow of and create illness. The only thing i do is writing writing writing and affirming how i want my body to work. Give it instructions. Joe Dispenza had awesome video,s and Abraham Hicks too. Wish you strength and don,t be shy to leave a reply

I have all of these, too ❤️‍🩹 I've found things that help.
One thing that's helped me is RSO - a form of medical marijuana. Microdosing mushrooms really helps, too. The third thing that really helps me is what he's describing in the video - modifying beliefs. It's tricky but can be learned like any skill.
I initially learned the process from Teal Swan. She calls it "core belief work" and she has a step by step tutorial for it. Byron Katie has a method too, I think it's called "The work".
All that being said, I've always found the first step before any mental process is meeting the body's needs - eating, sleeping, and company. Those three needs are required daily for the brain to work.
Guided meditations can help you sleep when you have insomnia. Bashar has some. I also like his self worth guided meditation. Blackout curtains or a sleeping mask are important for sleep, esp when you're someone prone to migraines.
If you have any amalgam fillings, you likely have mercury poisoning. If you have amalgam fillings, consider going to IAOMT website and find a dentist qualified in safe removal practices.
Eating every 2 to 3 hours can help stablize blood sugar which stablizes the nervous system.
Polyvagal theory can help you understand your nervous system, it's a helpful tool
Best wishes, You got this!! 💜🤗

PS, Also, to heal, you have to approach life knowing that you prefer quality of life, and quality of life is possible. A loving, nurturing vibration If you approach it from a standpoint of "having to fix a problem," you're going to run into resistance because you're not accepting your current neurons. I hope this phrasing makes sense. 💜

@@Risingphoenixx66 you have a shame trauma, childhood trauma. You need to process it for the good. Although you realize it, but you don't act on it. That means you don't know it. Knowing is Acting on it That means you need to dig deeper, why you have this negative belief? You invested in it, probably, because you have advantage on it. See it and dump it! Don't date with anyone now, because you do it out of wanting. Wanting is lacking. Date with your higher Self! He is the best lover for you at this moment
