I always thought you were a PRS guy, Al. Glad to see the LP, though :)

Hi Mark. Perhaps you have not followed Al's career from the beginning? He branched out to form his own band in the 1970's. Paul Reed Smith would not have his name on a guitar for another 20 (?) Years. Al was one of the first players I knew to endorse Di Mario replacement pickups in the 70's.

@@MarkPeotter No, I hadn't known much about his career when I made this post. But I was just surprised to see him back on a Les Paul, knowing he had at one time had a signature PRS model.

For info, PRS started in the mid-80s. (1986?)
