oh snap! that one is special!
Bruh id never think i would see DOOM perform with the original mask, crazy
My favorite 1.👊🏾
So sick , thank you for the upload my guy
DOOM before Madvillainy is so interesting to me, where he's sitting on his laurels while the origin of his legend slowly spread off the providence. Every creative decision weighed him greatly and the apothecary had to be exact by all means Thank you for sharing 🙏🙏🙏
same here! i absolutely love early MF DOOM, such a shame there aint too much footage from that era
Just cause we don’t react doesn’t mean we’re not enjoying it. That’s Chicago for ya. If we didn’t enjoy it we’d be at the bar or outside smoking
This crowd is living my dream and just standing there
Forgive them. They didn't yet know what they were witnessing.
That probably took them weeks to process what they witnessed.
@@mrmr5402 they didnt realize until 4 years later
Protect this video at all cost. Put it n a glass jar
i made a backup on a DVD, just for sure
@@punkrockjemojzivot awesome !
Aye that's Bigg Jus with him back stage and chilling during DOOM's performance! #CompanyFlow #NMS
Kevin Beacham at the start of the video, as he was running every show in the Midwest.
🔥💩👍
the poet, the genius, the visionary, the elusive and enigmatic one… DOOM
Man I ain't got no words to describe how legendary this is. THANK YOU BRO!
Cant believe he was opening act for Atmosphere Big ups to both though. Check out that last local song b4 the video ends. Seel Fresh “Sophomore Slump”. Chicago underground
He did some joints with slug.. check out “Put Your Quarter Up”
Go With The Flow is such a perfect way to start a show
A true artist, so unique and talented, I think if you listen to King Gedorah, Mad Villain, doomsday, Born like this, you will also agree he is the best rhymer MC ever, his beats always hit hard, not just his rhymes but his insane "Metal Fingers" the beats alone would make me listen, such an inspiration, did what he wanted, stayed true to his craft the whole time, will live on forever through his music
Thank you so much for sharing such amazing footage!!
LONG LIVE DOOM
These beats are amazing! Mad respect, DOOM, the rhyming klepto! ❤
RIP DOOM
The illest to ever do it!
The sample at 00:11 is also used in Madvillainy 2 - does anyone know the beatmaker here and the bloody sample source?
Oh, and THANKS for the epic share uploader!
Classical slapstick rappers need Chapstick
Fue hermoso, de inicio a fin del concierto
can't understand most of his raps the first time and now imagine the audience. Nothing was understood that night plus DOOM being 7 beers deep didn't help
Man got a kick out of brew.
SALUTEZ!!!!!!!!!!! DOOM 4 LIFE N THE AFTERLIFE!!!
COME THRU AND DIG THE SOUND!!!!
Also crazy rare video, had to follow !
Dope performance. Dead crowd.
They didn't have the time to appreciate what was really happening
The first time you see something you've never seen before you're usually confused 🤯
Hey brother I got a question you mentioned those other videos may have been ripped from that subverse copy.
How did you hear of this ? because I can’t any info on it anywhere.
I’m willing to buy but scared to off a rumor alone.
I'm not actually sure about that, i only know that the enhanced CD by Subverse only has one music video of "I Hear Voices" as an Macromedia flash .exe file, but i heard it's only the "animated" version (not 100% sure about that tho).
@@punkrockjemojzivot appreciate it
I’ll keep diggin around to see if anybody else speaks on it
if it turns out to be true I’ll go for it.
Thanks for the info 🤙🏻
@@juliand839 i went thru a lot of sites talking about subverse release and strangely no one mentions anything about the video
yesssssssssss
MF DOOM Live At Wetlands is also from 2000
i have been thinking about uploading that one too
Pls@@punkrockjemojzivot
@@Hyperinshower I'm working on it, finding all the available clips and all that

Huge respect. How did you get it?
it was on YT for a short time, but it got deleted... i downloaded it at that time
@@punkrockjemojzivotYou out here doing the lords work. Ty
@@punkrockjemojzivotwow. You are the Best
@@masterfalcon1 thanks, this kind of rare stuff has to be archived
@@punkrockjemojzivotwas never on RUclips, this got ripped from RoperFuentes on Vimeo
Reminds me of going to a De La show in Lex, Ky 2004. A bunch of white folks trying to understand but just couldn't get it in that moment. Looking back at Doom, damn....The peoples just didn't get it.
fans comments make him seem boring, crowd is pretty normal/relatable. just chilling, watching the act perform.
Whats that song at the start while they give out free shit
What's the song at 0:38
Kool G Rap : Real Life
@@Vampireweekday Thanks!!!! This shit is cool.
Darude - Sand storm
Is this the first known recorded live performance of his MF DOOM persona?
most likely, there are many photos and audio recordings, but this is most likely the first video
⚡🙏⚡🥷
These beats are like shit that earl is trying to rap on rn
Lol
PF DOOM
Whats the song @2:10 ???
mf grimm emotions
Jet Jaguar
He had a extra verse on question?!?
i think he did this verse only on live shows, replacing Kurious verse
@@punkrockjemojzivot awesome I can’t fully make out the lyrics but it sounds great as usual
Thought you might like to know, the verse is from the song “Monday Night at Fluid”, a very rare track with DOOM, Kurious and King “Ghidra”. It was released around a year after this show, in 2001.
@@Coloradocrumble Wow thanks for saying that interesting tidbit!
This is the kind of things that make him in the Best mc of all times.
I spy Kevin beacham
Dude was at/running every Midwest hip hop show for damn near 20 years. I call him the Midwest Fab 5 Freddy.
Chi town weak crowd….😢
LOL this is def not DOOM guys. This is one of his infamous imposter gigs. Dude's gotta bald spot on the top of his head and doesn't sound like DOOM.
it is DOOM
U jus sound dumb come on
That's DOOM
Doom has that same bald spot in the Dead Bent music video bruv
I'm trying to track the origins of the video, but none of the names come back to anything online. The video was recorded by "Roper", which is tagged as "Reagle Beagle : @RoperFDF" and the video is courtesy of "Rebirth Magazine".
That's pretty much all I can gather.
I got this video by a dude who had a YT channel archiving rare DOOM stuff. This is the only video i downloaded from him, beacuse i really dig the OG mask. Im not sure where he got it from, but i think this was the only available copy on the internet.
@@punkrockjemojzivotwhat else was on that page that isnt around anymore
@@ANGRYBIRD105 some rare DOOM verses, including "Winter & Spring" which was found by that very dude if i remember correctly, and some audio interviews and rare clips. I was in contact with him, but he vanished from the internet, such a shame tho.
