I take Humira in the US. I'm told without my insurance and mfg copay help, it would cost, in 2024, $5,000 per dose. I have to take it twice a month. I pay far far far...far less after insurance and mfg copay. Which is $5 per dose.
After my insurance copay my Humira price would be $150 a month, still not bad.. but the AbbVie copay card helps and makes my final Humira price only $5 bucks a month. Crazy how much this medication is for some people.
I had a friend who completely cured himself of Diabetes by eating pine Berry and so did a friend of his who also had diabetes . There is also another natural thing you can take that has been used for thousands of years by people in and around India and it is called methi powder. It is very cheap and it also balances the hormones for both men and women and they say it helps stop hair from falling out... you should look into it.. this powder is the ground up seed of the fenugreek plant... is very very bitter tasting as is most of your most powerful healers because there is healing alkaloids will taste terribly bitter.. but it does seem to work because I am a sugarholic I love sugary Foods and whenever I have done the fenugreek powder it tends to make you want less sugar for one thing and it definitely balances the hormones I can attest to that... please look into these two things and you will see that your children will not need insulin... the proof is in the fact that these two cures have been used for thousands of years they are not some new fad
I just started this drug in the US. You have to jump through a lot of hoops and use a "specialty pharmacy" just to get insurance to approve it. I have to talk the the special pharmacist, basically a mini interview before each refill. They asked what my "goal" was lol. I'm not the Dr. Anyway, I looked-up the cost because I was sure THAT was why all these barriers exist. I mean, I take Wegovy and that seems easier. It costs about $7,000 per month without insurance! My medications cost more than my yearly salary! And this honestly scares me, because I know I may run into more "barriers" because of the cost (assuming it works for me and I keep taking it)
I’m glad I live in a Socialist Democracy where the State makes most medicines free or affordable. I feel sorry for Americans and their absolutely crazy healthcare costs, which seems heartless. Their country is much richer than mine, yet we can subsidize our public healthcare system and medicines - why can’t they?!

I understand what you're saying but we could probably fit 5 of your countries in 1 of our states. As a healthcare worker, I 100% oppose Socialist Healthcare for the USA. It would be an absolute TRAINWRECK. The problem is insurance companies smooching with drug companies smooching with politicians. This is not right. I'm on Imaraldi which is the same thing in Ireland. I'm on disability so it cost me nothing. Even if i had to pay for them it wouldn't be az bad as this. I have arthritis and before I was on the injections the pain was everywhere at the same time. Now i still have pain but it moves to different places . Thank God i live in a country where the sick and the elderly people be properly looked after.
Abbvie does have zero to low cost programs for those who cannot afford Humira or for those who are insured but not covered, or have high deductibles. Give them some credit for that..they aren't all bad.
uh oh. I just looked it up. Adalimumab was discovered as a result of a collaboration between a german company and a British company. Its not American at all. Humira is just an American brand name.
I’m from Australia and it costs 48 dollars for 2 pens of humira. I’m so surprised that it costs so much in other countries.

Anyone wanna help me out from the opposite side of the world?
I'm so discusted by how much money it is for a little drug that can save lots of live they are only doing this be cause they want them to die
Find a UK friend to buy it for 67% LESS and ship it UPS 2 day and......still is 67% LESS. I do that for my kid's insulin or other drugs.
But be sure to not import more than a 90 day supply and ONLY for personal use
