I want to thank you so much! It stopped the pain from the kidneys in about 30 minutes! I made a slight change - put about 3 spoons of olive oil and 2 spoons of MCT oil for energy boost! The oil does not cause the insulin spike and it takes "out" the "bitter" taste... or how to say ... the strong taste and keeps it fresh. Thanks again.
I just made this with my juicer followed up with Nettle Tea. I went to the bathroom twelve times. I have an absolutely magnificent slow Juicer and bkender. I juiced the above. I add organic apple cider vinegar too.
