Nice. Any idea where does balcony rain water go, if there is monsoon rain. Rain is a big thing nowadays.
Drain is present in balcony connected with 8 inch dia line for Rain Water.
I am from Bandra West Mumbai...this kind of House hear in Bandra West would have cost 15 to 20 crore INR

I recommend when telling prices in Pk Rupees like 3 karor etc, add a small page to your video showing what is a Karor. And give examples like if $1.00 = 200 PKR, Then 3 karor means ..... I dunno 7 zeros divide by 200 USD, Equal to about $150,000 USD? I was never good in math. Just a thought. Now let me go rob a bank.

Separate Meter of each Apartment is installed on same floor where Apartment is located. Maintenance cost will be decided later after handing over of apartments.
