Wow I love this video! thank you so much!! Curious... if we are relocating to a new place then how would we find the neighborhood to center it from? for example, I think about moving to LA. Say I like Beverly Hills, Malibu and Hermosa beach. depending on where I center the pin from all of those lines will be hitting different places. So how do we determine the first place to start off from in a big city like LA. Do we go with the center of the town closest or directly from the house we will be in?
I have a night chart with Saturn as my aquarius chart ruler. I lived in my primary source Saturn ASC local space line. I had some success but also so many job losses due to lay offs and bankruptcy, etc
Omg this is soooo fascinating! I live right on my sun line, which is in Aries in the 3rdH (Plasidus) and it’s in the 5th house in the Whole Sign System! It’s not like I don’t feel like I don’t belong here, bc I do, it’s just I know this is a big, wide world, and being a Sag rising w my Jupiter in Taurus 4th house, (6th Whole Sign) and I know that there are other places for me to live and travel to! I can’t wait to keep exploring this type of astrocartography! Thank u so much for introducing me to not only this kind of Astro Cartography but Local Space too! 🙏🏼😍😍
This was so good, Helena! Thank you for the tip! Weird experience as my current location (not where I was born) I find I gravitate towards my fav place in town on my Pluto Saturn line, and Saturn is my most “malefic” as I’m night sect baby and it’s in its house of joy in the 12th and supposed to be more malefic there. So it’s in Scorpio with my south node there as well in a stellium. I find that Saturn isn’t so malefic for me and that maybe being in its house of joy actually does it good, or could just be the lovely lil supportive trine from Mercury. Pluto also squares Jupiter, my ascendant ruler, in the same house too so this might add some sparkle as well. I also feel very attracted to deepy deeps passionate Scorpio and at home there with my South Node too! Anyhow, interesting! I also pulled up one of my fav spots to hang/work through multiple different businesses over the years in another old home town and Saturn goes right through there as well, lols! Maybe the trine to Mercury really attracts me there for the friendships! Plus, I HATE superficial conversations and relationships! Give me that all or nothing Scorpio any day! 😂😂😂
I love your work. I'm trying to understand locational astrology and astrocartography more but for know i use my tarot cards to find out where to travel or go to next.
I don't get how the "center of town" was decided on with Local Space. A small town I looked at is known for being built around a crossroads, but Local Space defines the center of town as a spot southwest of the crossroads with several community buildings. If I shift the center to the crossroads, it shifts the lines.
Exactly my question, for local space of a certain city what determines where that Center point is placed? Like keep it at the generated spot or move the Center point to where I live in that city?
Hello! Thank you for this video. Astrodientist has a box to check regarding azimuth houses. Are we supposed to keep that box checked? It would be so awesome if you actually did a screenshare showing from start to finish whether you're typing in the city name, selecting the box for Azimuth houses, why that may or may not be important, etc. i find local space so confusing because I'm not confident I'm selecting my point of reference correctly from the beginning. I'll also look into the books you recommended. Thank you for that!

How to know when to place it? Should we just search the city in the search bar or place it in the city center? It can affect a lot honestly
The "center of town" seems so arbitrary if we search for the city in the search bar. Who can even define where the center of town is?

Same! My chart ruler is Saturn and I live on Saturn mc line and I had job losses and a foreclosure. 😢
