In Space was so well-received it revitalised the show long enough to get to Wild Force; where the show would have ended if Disney (who bought out ABC Family, Fox Family and thus Fox Kids and Saban Entertainment's catalogue) didn't move production from LA to New Zealand, which cut the production costs enough to let the show survive until RPM in 2009 where Disney ended production of the show and it was put in to a year-long hiatus for 2010. During 2010, Saban Capitol Group/Saban Brands bought the show and rights back to start making new episodes with Samurai airing in 2011, until Hasbro (with their previous CEO who sadly passed shortly after the purchase) bought the show in 2018, starting their own production of the show with Beast Morphers in 2019. Hasbro ended production with "Once & Always" as the 30th Anniversary Special and Cosmic Fury as the final 10 episodes of the show in 2023/2024. In late-2024, Hasbro sold off the warehouses of suits and props from the 30 years of the show (couldn't sell them to Toei who have their own warehouse of suits and props) to fans, as part of the end of production of new live-action episodes, though there is the *minute* possibility of the show returning in animated form, but there is no definitive answer one way or the other from Hasbro.

When I heard this version, I imagined Zordon emerging from his time warp as a heavily armored Power Ranger and personally ending some of the series biggest Big Bads. I loved it!

In Space really seemed like a series finale with how it ended. Seeing every villain in history up to that point blew my mind as a kid
It originally was ment to be the final series hence why it ended with the whole Z wave thing
