For #13, don't do the convoluted thing where you land on the ground and get the essence and then try to connect with the cave. If you grab the essence first (near waypoint) then float down you can land on the level above (across from the cave entrance) so you just shoot across instead of what is unnecessarily difficult.
Btw, at the 8th reading if you couldn't reach the upper ledge and run out of oakheart essence (cause it's the last, 3rd use) try to Log-Out and Log-In again. You might find yourself on upper lvl as wanted. :) At least it worked for me.
and just to confirm, you don't have to be at that story step. After you did this part of the story (Elder Druid Protection in Episode 5) the door will always open for you.

To timestamping on this one is SOO wrong it's almost hurtful :D :D Timestamp for 9 is actually nr 8 according to text and timestamp 6 is 4,5 and 6 on text. It's confusing :)

You can get to the second one through a hole next to the bouncing mushrooms in the corner of the Inquet camp. No Oakheart Essence required.

How do you open the vault for #12? Just tells me access denied, and I really do not feel like doing the story again.
Nevermind, I went back to the character I did the story on, and vault access was still good.
