There seems to be good demand even at these high prices, otherwise they would have reduced the prices. There is high foot footfalls from foreign tourist. Today even domestic Indian tourists are staying at fairly expensive accommodations.
Because it's a private project and it is not a fixed structure so it also costs much to set-up .. other hotels have one time building cost but it will break and build every year
